Thirty Days Of Poetry Challenge(Day Ten(20120))

Like the transformer of the circuit
the grid of the city
you lift my hopes of home coming
the east can be a beast
and the river can be a forced riddle
When life’s little blessings save you once again
where the gray laboratory pays you another story
why the lights of corporate hatred for man
can replace the fear of an event filled night entering day?
a divorce from the source of the stressful
but I’ll never forget the kisses of long nights
rides by that metal bend
maybe a sin of my beliefs
the way that arching gate
generates arcing faith through my face.
